had a recall. But excellent customer service from Milwaukee. New batteries shipped to me free of charge. New batteries in excellent condition.

Well I have had thiese batteries for over 2 years with out a single problem. I am not sure why the other revewers batteries fail after such a short time ? But it could be the charger I use the multy bay charger . A bit pricey but it shuts its self off after charging. The smaller ones creat to much heat in the charging phase witch degrades the battery. Good luck
